In 1978 Elena Victorovna obtained a Diploma with Honors of I.M.Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University majoring in general medicine. In 1980 – underwent clinical internship training with N.I.Pirogov Second Moscow State Medical University majoring in therapy.

Elena Victorovna has completed professional development courses and was awarded the certificates in therapy, organization of health services, social hygienics, clinical angiology, advanced diagnostic methods, allergy therapy and specific therapy issues for inpatient physicians.

Elena Victorovna has gained extensive management experience at big interdisciplinary outpatient and polyclinic facilities operating in the mandatory and voluntary health care insurance sector providing services to >50,000 patients.

Elena Victorovna has been working for Medicina (JSC) since 2003. In 2004 she was appointed the Head Physician of the Clinical Department, the biggest Department of Medicina (JSC), providing all types of health care services as well as 24-hour trauma, ambulance and emergency care. Experts of the Clinical Department provide a full spectrum of medical assistance ensuring the continuity of outpatient and inpatient treatment at Medicina (JSC).
