CHARITY FOUNDATION “MEDICAL FRATERNITY” PROVIDING SUPPORT TO HEALTH CARE EMPLOYEES ESTABLISHED BY “MEDICINA” CLINIC STARTED ITS OPERATIONS

On 23 December 2011 Charity Foundation “Medical Fraternity” providing support to health workers established by “Medicina” Clinic started its operations.

Doctors that save lives of patients often find themselves in a predicament. Charity Foundation “Medical Fraternity” was established by “Medicina” Clinic to provide assistance to health workers of Russia. This is a unique charity project that unites representatives of medical community, patients, medical institutions and best organizations of the country.

Problems cannot be measured by money, but the help of many people, even if it is a small individual contribution, can change the world. When you are surrounded by colleagues and people who are ready to help you will never find yourself in an irresolvable situation. This may sound strange to health care employees whose vocation is to serve patients round-the-clock exerting themselves to the point of exhaustion, since indifference is not a key to miracle cure and the saving of life. Nevertheless, dedication to profession cannot ensure protection from emergencies or health problems. Therefore, the health of health care workers is also in our hands, to some extent. We can really help, but there should be many of us.

Over 17 years Elina Avraamovna chaired the USSR Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, was a member of the Committee for Culture with the Russian President. Currently, this well-known actress is the President of the Charity foundation providing support to art and science and a member of Charity Foundation “Medical Fraternity”.
