Medical indications for the provision of high-tech medical care are determined by the attending physician of the medical organization in which the patient undergoes diagnosis and treatment as part of the provision of primary specialized medical care or specialized medical care, taking into account the right to choose a medical organization. The presence of medical indications for the provision of high-tech medical care is confirmed by the decision of the medical commission of the specified medical organization.
The basis for the provision of high-tech medical care on a budgetary basis is a coupon for the provision of high-tech medical care in the Information and Analytical System of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The registration of a coupon for the provision of high medical care is provided by the regional health management body.
The decision on hospitalization of a patient for the provision of high-tech medical care is made by a subcommittee of the medical commission for the selection of patients at the high-tech hospital of JSC "Medicine". If there are medical contraindications for hospitalization of the patient, the refusal of hospitalization is marked with a corresponding entry in the Coupon for the provision of high-tech medical care.
Based on the results of the provision of high-tech medical care, patients receive recommendations for further observation / treatment and medical rehabilitation with the registration of appropriate records in the patient's medical documentation.
