Today doctors of 66 specialties provide consultations to patients here. Our staff includes in total 350 specialists. The medical center houses an inpatient department, an outpatient clinic, a round-the-clock emergency unit, and the Sofia Oncologic Center.

JSC «Medicine» (clinic of academician Roytberg) is the first clinic in Russia to confirm its compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) international quality standards for medical care four times in a row for nine years.
In 2020, JSC «Medicine» (clinic of academician Roytberg), one of the few clinics in the world, underwent the JCI re-crediting procedure in an online format in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The video inspection was carried out using a mobile mini-video station with the participation of a team of international experts from Belgium, Singapore and the USA.

JSC «Medicine» (clinic of academician Roytberg) is the clinical base of the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the Russian Pirogov National Research Medical University (GBOU VPO RNIMU n/a N. I. Pirogov of MoH of Russia).
The training and laboratory base of the Department is located in the Clinic building and the Clinic itself is a multi-field university hospital, clinical, academic and laboratory base for clinical research in various fields of medicine.

The Contract includes an extensive list of medical services: medical care in outpatient settings, services of the Dental Department, emergency medical aid and medical aid at home, diagnostics including CT and MRI scans. Medical help in emergencies is provided by physicians of the emergency medical team (within the boundaries of the Moscow Ring Road) for an unlimited number of calls. - a physician—case manager who observes the process of examination and treatment even if other specialists should get involved. He(she) also participates in the treatment of his(her) charges under care at the hospital;
- attendant that accompanies the patient as they move between units of the Clinic;
- written recommendations, conclusions, test results including those in the form of video records.
