The ISO quality management system, according to which we are also certified, sets strict parameters regarding the conduct of medical procedures, the arrangement of premises and the work of personnel. All experts attending the congress noted the importance of working with staff and increasing their motivation and agreed that today material incentives are receding into the background. “First of all, I support the non-material motivation system.
