Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve the qualifications of doctors, become familiar with new developments and medical technologies."
Associate Professor of the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogova, Ph.D. Olga Sharhun spoke about new systems of distance education that have already proven their effectiveness and viability. “Of course, it is impossible to fully conduct training remotely, but thanks to the informatization of society, we have new forms of part-time education. For example, video lectures, acquaintance with new clinical guidelines and standards, solving interactive situational problems and test control. After successfully completing the distance learning part, doctors move on to the practical part: internship, simulation training and practical skills development. "
