Personal data processing conditions
\In pursuance of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", I give consent to JSC "Medicine" (address: 125047, Moscow, 2nd Tverskoy-Yamskaya Lane, 10) to process my personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, access, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools, in order to register for a seminar for doctors
To achieve this goal, the processing of personal data may be entrusted to Voksis LLC (address: 127273, Moscow, Otradnaya st., 2 "b", p. 6), which provides service and information services to patients by using the telephone communications, instant messaging services, IP telephony, e-mail. PD is transferred to LLC Interektiv (address: 25412, Moscow, st. Angarskaya, house 28, building 2, fl. 1, office VI, room 5) in order to provide services for the maintenance of the site and LLC Panikapp SE (address: 630055 Novosibirsk, st. Razezdnaya, 14, office 501) in order to provide services for the maintenance of the site.
Consent is given for a period of 1 year and can be revoked in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
