Graduated from Omsk State Medical Academy. Completed residency in the general medicine at the same Establishment. Defended a Ph.D. dissertation in 1998. Author of more than 20 publications in leading Russian and foreign journals on the topic of risk factors in development of cardiovascular diseases. Co-author of the monograph entitled The Metabolic Syndrome. Author of several methodological brochures. 

Practical experience

– worked at the Department of Intermediate Level Therapy at Omsk State Medical Academy after completing her residency;

– at present she works also as an Associate Professor in the Department of Therapy and Family Medicine of the Doctors’ Advanced Training Faculty at Russian State Medical University;

– has been employed as a hospital internist since 2002 to the present time.

Advanced training

Completed a training course at the University of Iowa and in the city of Muenster (Germany) in 2006. Participated many times in Russian and international conferences on the problem of metabolic syndrome and hepatic diseases.
